Z.B. während der Probezeit, einer Ausbildung, Entsendung ins Rheintal, bis die Familie nachzieht, die eigene langfristige Wohnung gefunden wurde etc. An die Anbindung der Wohnungen an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln legen wir hohen Wert. Unsere Mietpreise enthalten sämtliche Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung), Möblierung, Ausstattung (inkl. Küchenausstattung), Reinigung sowie Internet. Kaution: 1 MM. Ideal as an elegant interim solution or to find your way around on site. E.g. during the probationary period, an apprenticeship, posting to the Rhine Valley, until the family follows, your own long-term apartment has been found etc. We attach importance to the connections of the apartments to public transport.
