A room in a two-person shared apartment in Albisrieden, Zurich, will be available from December 2026. The residence, built at the end of 2022, is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and benefits from excellent soundproofing. The apartment has 3.5 rooms shared by the new tenant and myself. It also includes a private washing machine and dryer. The location is ideal: bus 33 is just steps away and reaches Hardbrücke in under 10 minutes. The Hubertus stop is a 6- minute walk and serves lines 83, 3, and 89. The available room is 14 m2 and comes furnished with a bed and mattress.
