I am almost always away for work and rarely here – in effect, you have the apartment largely to yourself, but only pay for one room. The room is bright and spacious, furnished with a bed and wardrobe. For shared use: the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes available), the bright living room with dining table, the bathroom with bathtub and its own window, as well as the balcony with an unobstructed view of the greenery. Laundry room in the house. Location: quiet, about a 6-minute walk to the Dornach-Arlesheim station (S-Bahn and tram 10 to Basel). Denner is reachable within a few minutes' walk, Migros and Coop in the village center in about 10 minutes. **One parking space is available if required.** Rent: CHF 750 per month incl. utilities, internet and furnishing.
