Bus, tram, and train are easily reachable on foot, so you can quickly get anywhere in the city. If you have a car, there are public parking spaces around the building. The apartment extends over two floors. The main living area includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a shared living area. The apartment is equipped with everything one needs in everyday life, including a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The general atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and uncomplicated. Everyone values their own personal space, while at the same time we are open to occasionally eating together, doing something together, or doing something spontaneously – without expectations or obligations. The room is bright and offers plenty of daylight. It features built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers, thus providing sufficient storage space as well as uncomplicated basic equipment. We are looking for a reliable, respectful, and clean person with a stable daily routine who values a quiet and well-maintained home. You should feel comfortable leading your own independent life, while also being open to occasional interaction when it occurs naturally.
