Room in a shared flat

For my shared flat between Grafenort and Engelberg, I am looking for a female or male roommate between 21 and 45 years old. Your room for CHF 995.00 (incl. utilities). The room is unfurnished and is on the ground floor. Of a 5.5-room single-family house. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and the terrace with garden can be used by everyone. Additionally, you can store things that you do not need frequently in the attic. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near the popular Schluchtweg. I am 34 years old and very much enjoy being in nature and being active in sports. I ski, bike and like to go hiking. I speak: Swiss German, German, English and Dutch. I would be happy to have a person who is looking for a purpose-oriented shared flat (Zweck-WG) and also likes to do something together sometimes and join in for shared dinners. Of course, everyone also has their own privacy. Since the Grafenort train station is somewhat further away, it is an advantage if you own a car or, for example, an e-bike, to get to the station. A parking space is included in the rental price. -The train station is 28 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes by bicycle.
