I wish to hand over my 3.5 room apartment (75m square) for 1st October. I am looking for someone who can take over the lease. The rent is 1560 CHF per month, charges included. The apartment is spacious, with a large bright living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with lake view balcony and a bathroom with separate toilets.
