Room in a shared flat

I’m looking for someone friendly and tidy, +/- 30 years old to share my 3-room apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, and separate kitchen - 65 m²) right in front of the Salersteig tram stop (Oerlikon). The apartment is fully furnished—just bring your suitcases! **Your room**: 18m², with a 1.40m bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, and a bookshelf. **Rent**: Rent: CHF 1290.-/month + CHF 150 for all utilities (including internet, serafe, electricity and professional cleaning service twice a month). Deposit: 2 months' rent. Available from November, minimum 6 months. **About me**: I’m 34 years old, cheerful, and very active. You’ll have plenty of space and privacy, as I only use the apartment when I’m in Zurich for work (usually about 1-2 days/week, but my schedule varies a lot).
