I (33, female) am looking, by arrangement, for an uncomplicated female or male flatmate for a 2-person shared apartment. The modern apartment offers around 100 m² of living space, is located on the ground floor, and has a large terrace. It is situated in a quiet, rural environment and offers plenty of space to feel at home. We can discuss the room layout together so that we find a suitable solution for both of us. Additionally, sufficient storage space is available in the spacious cellar compartment. Parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage if required – also with an electrical connection upon request. Location: \- Mühleacker, Dietwil (AG) \- 2 minutes to the Gisikon-Root motorway junction \- Gisikon-Root train station with good train connections \- Bus stop «Kirchenplatz Dietwil» reachable in 2 minutes on foot \- Badi Dietwil in 2 minutes on foot \- The Reuss is within walking distance \- Luzern in approx. 15 minutes by car \- Zürich in approx. 30 minutes by car I live together with a well-behaved dog. Other pets are possible by arrangement. Since I am often on the road myself, I am looking for an independent, uncomplicated person who values order, consideration, and pleasant cohabitation.
