3 ½ rooms apartment

We would like to sublet our 3.5 room apartment in Winterthur near the Geiselweid swimming pool for 2 months (05.September 2026 – 29. October 2026 or by agreement). The apartment offers enough space for a single person, a couple, a small family, or a flatshare companion. It is fully furnished and equipped to make you feel directly at home. It is also possible to rent only one of the two rooms. The rental price reduces accordingly. (Incl. large room 1600,-; incl. small room 1400,-) During our absence, we wish for an orderly and responsible person who handles our furniture with care and could ideally look after our plants ;) The apartment: - spacious living-dining-kitchen (with dishwasher) - large room approx. 17m2 (bed 160x200) - small room approx. 12.5m2 (bed 140x200) - bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin (washing machine and dryer) - small utility room - continuous spacious balcony - on request incl. underground parking space - lift The location: - bus stop directly in front of the door - approx. 10Min to Winterthur station - Old Town within walking distance approx. 10Min - shopping facilities Deutweg within walking distance approx. 5Min - important in summer: the Geiselweid swimming pool is right around the corner ;) The rental price: - fully equipped and furnished apartment - electricity, water - internet, cable TV - if needed underground parking space (150,- monthly) If you are interested, please feel free to get in touch, we look forward to meeting you.
