It offers enough space for a bed, desk and wardrobe and has two large windows with a view of the garden (far from the street). - The apartment Our beautiful shared apartment is located in a 4-room apartment on the 1st floor. It offers • A large living room with sofa • Modest kitchen with oven (unfortunately without a dishwasher) • Garden with BBQ station • Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet • Washing machine is in the house for shared use • Cellar compartment and attic - Location • 3 minutes to ÖV-Station Milchbuck • Shopping facilities are reachable on foot - Your future roommates are Frieder, 28 Currently I am studying at the ZHWA Wirtschaft and work part-time in service. I often fill my free time with sports (lots of cycling), excursions to the mountains and cozy evenings sometimes with a beer. Max, 30 I work in the healthcare sector. When I am not working, I like to spend my free time in and around Zürich, whether in a café or doing sports. After a long working day, however, I also like to retreat to my room. - Shared apartment life We are not a Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but due to work and hobbies, we also do not spend every evening together.
