Rustic Engadine apartment in Vnà, in the Lower Engadine (Valsot). The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old Engadine house. The ground floor and basement are occupied by us with 3 school-aged children. Children's laughter in and around the house is unavoidable and must be liked. Equipment of the apartment \- Kitchen with dishwasher and small radiator \- Bath with bathtub and underfloor heating \- Living room with masonry wood stove, which is used to heat the apartment \- two bedrooms on the same level (next to the living room and next to the kitchen) \- third bedroom under the roof, accessible via a narrow, steep wooden staircase The three bedrooms have no heating. For shared use \- Washing machine in the basement \- Storage space in the basement \- small garden seating area A parking space or garage is not available; the car must be parked in the public parking lot. Pets are not allowed. The rental price includes all ancillary costs such as electricity, water, and wood for heating the stove in the living room.
