I am looking for a replacement tenant because I am moving to Uster. The rental price includes a parking space in the underground garage and service charges as an advance payment. A laundry tower is located directly in the apartment, which is on the 4th floor (with a view of the Bachtel). Deposit via Swisscaution is possible. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and steamer. Walk-in rain shower and Closomat. Pets allowed. Balcony has 15 square meters.
