The monthly price from 1’000.- francs per room all included, namely: Electricity, heating, internet connection fees, SERAFE taxes (TV and Telecommunications), part of the cleaning costs of the duplex, cleaning equipment and products, trash bags, toilet paper and all kitchen equipment and eating utensils which are at your disposal.
