Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a bright and spacious room (approx. 18 m²) in a 3.5-room apartment in Kreis 4, located in Rotwandstrasse, between Stauffacher and Helvetiaplatz, at 12 minutes walking distance from Zurich HB. The surrounding neighbourhood has plenty of grocery options, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is on the second floor and is approximately 65 m² and has a balcony. The room can be rented furnished of a bed (including mattress and pillows), desk with chair, and a shelf (flexible arrangement on the furniture, unfurnished also possible). The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The living room has access to a balcony overlooking a quiet street. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been refurbished, and the apartment also has a private cellar compartment. The building is quiet and well maintained, with a shared laundry room and bike storage. Rent: CHF 1,620/month including Nebenkosten, not including Wi-Fi and electricity bills I am a 35-years old engineer living in Switzerland for over 10 years and currently living in between Zurich and Bern. I will be at home only 1-2 nights during the week and occasionally a few weekends per month, so the apartment is usually very quiet and you will have plenty of space to yourself. I am looking for a reliable and uncomplicated person who takes good care of the apartment and appreciates a respectful living environment.
