Room in a shared flat

**Room available in our flat, looking for a flatmate** Hey! We're Nick and Ania, an Indian and Polish couple, and we're renting out a room in the apartment we live in. So to be clear upfront: this is a flatshare with us, not a separate flat. We're looking for someone who's genuinely comfortable living together with us. We travel quite often, so you'll regularly have the whole place to yourself. **The room:** around 25 m², bright, fully furnished. The apartment is also fully furnished and has all necessary amenities in the kitchen, living room, balcony etc. Just bring your suitcase. **The flat:** 4-rooms flat, 105 m² total, so nobody's stepping on anyone's toes. Big living room, cute cozy balcony, and a gym room with proper equipment (it's our office during work hours, before and after it's free to use). 4th floor, no elevator. One bathroom that we all share. **The price:** CHF 1500 per month, all included. Rent, heating, electricity, wifi, everything in one payment. No extra bills, no Swiss admin headaches. **Us:** we're easygoing, tidy and calm. Nick works in IT Business consulting, Ania is an engineer. We are mostly busy during the week with our routine with work, sports etc. We are quite social as well and have friends over especially on weekends or time to time for dinner or just drinks.
