Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my furnished shared apartment room in Schliern bei Köniz for a limited period from 31.10.2026 to 28.02.2027. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Particularly beautiful is the balcony with evening sun, where one can enjoy the end of the working day and observe wonderful sunsets. I live together with a colleague, who will remain in the apartment during the entire period. I am only renting out my room furnished. The other rooms as well as the common rooms may, of course, be used.
