4 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting out our beautiful 4.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building on Bodenacherstrasse in 8121 Benglen as of **01.10.2026** (with public transport (stop 2 min from the apartment) in approx. 15 min in the city of Zürich, by car in approx. 5-7 min). The apartment impresses with its quiet location, generous room layout and practical equipment – ideal for families with school-age children (the Buechwies school is 5 min from the apartment) or persons who value comfort and nature. The apartment has its own laundry room with a laundry tower and a separate cellar compartment. A bicycle room is also available for shared use. A garage parking space is also available upon request. Viewings are possible at any time. Since we are private landlords, we would also like to know who is applying for the apartment.
