6 ½ rooms apartment

We are looking for a successor tenant for our very chic new-build apartment with many windows and a lot of space. The maisonette apartment has two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a shower and bathtub), 4 bedrooms (two of them with a north orientation), an open living and cooking area with a kitchen island and two balconies. The apartment features underfloor heating, LAN connection in every room(!), electric external blinds (also for the Velux windows), fiber optic connection and real wood parquet. There is a tumble dryer and a washing machine and built-in wardrobes in the entrance area. There is a lift and a cellar compartment. A covered parking space can be rented additionally for 90 chf.
