Room in a shared flat

For my 4.5 room apartment, I am looking for a flatmate by arrangement. The apartment has 2 wet cells, 1 with shower, 1 with bathtub. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment. On the approximately 110m2 large terrace, you can enjoy the evenings and either go with the sun or stay in the shade. Or you can take rounds if the steps in the evening have not been reached yet. The room has 13m2 and direct access to the terrace. Flatmates are: 3 cats, 2 dogs and 3 rabbits. You don't have to take care of them. The rabbits have their stall on the terrace. Rent is incl. AC deposit, excl. electricity. The property is a few minutes' walk from the Birs. In a few minutes you are at the tram station. Visitor parking spaces available, as well as an outdoor parking space. I wish for no party animal as a flatmate.
