Room in a 150 m² 5.5-room shared apartment. Available from 01. September or upon agreement. The room is 13m² and gets a lot of natural light due to its high ceilings and windows. You can take over the wardrobe and a bed if you'd like. The apartment is located on the 14th floor and offers a beautiful view over the city all the way to the mountains. It has two bathrooms and a large loggia with a grill. The building has a large rooftop terrace that can be reserved free of charge for private use. Altstetten railway station is a 6-minute walk away, and bus line 31 stops right in front of the house. Nearby you will find an ALDI, the Letzipark shopping center with Coop, a 24h Migrolino, a bakery, and several gyms. A 20-minute walk takes you to the Werdinsel, which is a great place for swimming and barbecuing. You’ll be sharing the flat with Martin, Gilles and Matous, who are from Germany, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic and are aged between 28 and 32. All work in IT and are occasionally up for a chat, a beer, or a barbecue on the loggia. We value a tidy and respectful living environment together.
