1 room single room

I am offering a room to someone who can take my daughter to school in the morning and pick her up at noon; babysitting is not really necessary, only 2 weeks/month. I do the cleaning, the shopping, and the babysitting myself. My 4-year-old daughter, who is with me 1 week/2, I have a 3-room apartment, with 2 balconies, close to the bus stop and the Marin station.
