Hoi zusammen, wir vermieten unsere schöne und gemütliche 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Kreis 6 von Ende Oktober / Anfang November bis Ende März 2027 unter. Die Lage ist ideal: Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die nächsten Tramhaltestellen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Migros, Coop, Bäckerei und Apotheken liegen praktisch um die Ecke. Gleichzeitig ist man in wenigen Minuten im Grünen – ob auf der Stolzewiese, im Irchelpark oder am Zürichberg. Und trotzdem ist der Hauptbahnhof mit dem Velo in nur etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich besonders gut für Paare und bietet auch genügend Platz fürs Homeoffice. Küche und Bad sind eher klassisch als modern – genau das macht den besonderen Charme des Altbaus aus. Dazu kommen der Blick auf den Uetliberg und die vielen Fenster, die die Wohnung an sonnigen Tagen wunderbar hell machen. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr zuhause und wünschen uns jemanden, der sich während dieser fünf Monate genauso wohlfühlt. The location is fantastic: there’s a bus stop right outside the building, and the nearest tram stops are just a few minutes’ walk away. Migros, Coop, a bakery, and pharmacies are all nearby. At the same time, you’re only moments away from nature, with Stolzewiese, Irchel Park, and the Zürichberg just around the corner. Despite that, Zurich Main Station is only 5 minutes away by bike. The apartment is perfect for couples and also offers a great setup for working from home. The kitchen and bathroom are more classic than modern, which is part of the apartment’s charming historic character. It also has lovely views of the Uetliberg, and the large windows fill the space with natural light on sunny days. We truly love living here and hope to find someone who will feel just as at home during these five months. The rent includes utilities, internet, electricity, Serafe, and all furniture.
