I am offering an exchange for my 2-room apartment in les Pâquis, place de la Navigation, for a 3-room apartment, ideally in the same neighborhood (Pâquis haut, quai sector or Sécheron), but I remain open to other proposals. I am also looking for a lease takeover for a 3-room apartment, with or without an exchange. The apartment is approximately 35 m², is through-floor and located on the 5th floor (second to last). It includes a bedroom on the street side, a large kitchen on the courtyard side, a bathroom and separate WCs. Building with elevator, common laundry room and cellar.
