Here, you are not simply renting four walls. You are joining a living, creative, and deeply human place. **The room** * Approximately **40 m²** * Private en suite shower room * Double vanity (2 sinks) * Fireplace * Multiple windows offering beautiful brightness * Lots of character and volume **What you share** * Large reception lounge with fireplace and old parquet flooring * Library * Multimedia lounge with piano * Large kitchen and dining room * Estate of approximately 8’000m2 * Swimming pool * Parking space included * A few chickens * Small vegetable garden The castle is surrounded by large trees, relaxation areas, hidden corners, and landscapes that change with the rhythm of the seasons. **The spirit of the place** Le Château Bohème is a space strongly influenced by the world of street artists, musicians, creatives, builders, and people who like to make things happen rather than waiting for them to happen. It is a place where you might encounter a musician at the piano, organize a game night, redo a shelf, share an improvised meal, or simply read a book under a centuries-old tree. A few times a year, we host cultural, artistic, or festive events. We are looking for someone who appreciates this energy. **The ideal person** You are: * autonomous and responsible * mature and financially stable * respectful of common areas * capable and willing to participate in the maintenance and beautification of the place * comfortable with collective living without necessarily seeking a group of friends **Among other things, this also means:** * raking leaves or chestnuts * not panicking when a fuse blows * taking care of common areas as if they were your own We are looking for someone enterprising, committed, and who understands that an exceptional place requires a minimum of involvement from everyone. **The inhabitants** Today, the house brings together: * a couple in their thirties * a mother in her forties * two teenagers aged 14 and 18 * a woman in her fifties * 5 chickens and 2 Roosters * 2 cats, Gizmo and Ren **We speak French, German, and English.** We laugh a lot, we respect everyone's privacy, and we appreciate authentic people. **Conditions** **Fixed rent: CHF 1'100.- per month** Includes * the room * all common areas * access to the swimming pool * the parking space **Charges: approx.
