The apartment is located near the old town with good connections to public transport: the bus stop «Lenzburg Mehrzweckhalle» is located directly in front of the street (approx. 1 minute on foot), and Lenzburg station can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. In the living room, a generous built-in wardrobe provides additional space. The apartment also includes its own cellar compartment. Parking spaces can be rented additionally upon request for CHF 70.- per month. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is for communal use. There are no fixed washing times, so use is possible flexibly and easily.
