On the ground floor, there is the entrance area with space for shoes and a cloakroom, the kitchen with plenty of storage space and room for a small dining table, as well as a sitting room with a tiled stove and a heated stove bench. The house is surrounded by lots of greenery, beautiful walking paths and a friendly neighborhood. Additionally, two parking spaces are available, which can be rented optionally for CHF 100.– per month. Furniture takeover A subsequent tenant is preferred who takes over the custom-made seating steps in the conservatory as well as the perfectly fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom. Matching the seating steps, two tables made of the same wood are available, which can also be taken over if there is interest. Other furniture such as the dining table in the kitchen, the gym rack, sofa, armchair or bed can be taken over by arrangement.
