Room in a shared flat

Hi I am Lynn (20, student) and have been living in this apartment for a few months. Fynn (20, student) will also be moving in with you. The apartment is located near the train station, is cozy, modern and has a large balcony... quite nice, especially in summer. We want a relaxed student shared apartment, not endless parties but occasionally cooking together, chatting or having a beer.
