However, it is possible to agree on a furnished rental for an additional fee. You will have your own room and will share the common areas with the occupants of the two other rooms. The apartment is located near EPFL and UNIL, accessible by foot or by bike. Lausanne, Renens and Morges are also easily accessible thanks to buses 31 and 701 as well as the M1 metro. Located on the 1st floor, the apartment offers approximately 120 m² of living space. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Saint-Sulpice, at Chemin de l'Ochettaz.
