Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a likeable female flatmate for my cozy 4-room apartment in the village. The apartment is located approx. 15–20 minutes from the city by bicycle – you can get there quickly by bus or bicycle. It is only about 8 minutes to the hospital by car. Directly next to the apartment is a Volg, so everything for daily needs can be quickly obtained on foot. Parking spaces can be rented separately if required; furthermore, garages are available for rent directly opposite or next door. The available room is nicely large at approx. 20 m². The apartment has a total of four rooms. I personally use two smaller rooms, while the kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared. The apartment is already partially furnished, and I am open to rearranging things together or further furnishing the apartment according to our ideas. About me: I am rather a quiet and uncomplicated person and appreciate it when one feels comfortable in the apartment and shows mutual consideration. Cleanliness and order are very important to me. In my free time, I like to be "relaxed active": I cycle a lot to work, go swimming or to the gym, enjoy reading, and also like to meet for a coffee in the city. I would be happy to have a female flatmate who is approximately around a similar age (approx. 24–34 years) and is also looking for a relaxed and pleasant life together. It is important to me that we get along well and enjoy doing something together occasionally, but of course also have one's own personal space. Perspective There is potentially the possibility that I might move out in approx. 1–1.5 years and you could take over the entire apartment.
