Room in a shared flat

We are offering a room for sublet in our old building apartment in the **Linsenbühlquartier** for around three to four months. The apartment is approx. **100 m² in size**, is located on the **ground floor** and has the typical charm of an old building apartment. You are **very quickly in the Old Town** and at the same time have the beautiful and lively Linsenbühlquartier directly in front of your door. Cafés and restaurants such as **Café Franz** and the **Kaffeehaus** are easily reachable on foot. Shopping facilities and public transport are also nearby. **The room** The room is bright and cozy and has **two windows**. It will be furnished for your move-in – therefore the subsequent equipment is not yet visible in the current photos. A **double bed (140 × 200 cm)** and a **wardrobe** will be available. **About us** We are **Mario and Norma**. I (Norma) am taking a break for about four months and will be on the road most of the time. Mario will continue to live in the apartment, although he will also be away from time to time. You will therefore mainly share the apartment with Mario and, of course, you will also have your own space. We are looking for an **open, uncomplicated and reliable person** who is interested in relaxed cohabitation. It is especially important to us that people treat each other with consideration and feel comfortable in the apartment.
