Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my furnished room from the beginning of October 2026 until the end of January 2027, as I am going traveling. You would live together with my two roommates: Both are 34 years old and work as a vocational school teacher and as a PhD student in ethnology respectively. The 4.5-apartment is bright and spacious, features a living room as well as two balconies. The tram stop Steigerhubel is located directly in front of the front door. Shopping facilities as well as the Europaplatz train station are easily reachable on foot.
