Room in a shared flat

Looking for a female/male flatmate for a small but cozy 3.5 room apartment. Please only animal-loving people who also appreciate a quiet, harmonious vibe in their home. The apartment has a large garden in the backyard (rare to find in the city of Basel) and a balcony. Your room has a direct view of the garden and is also completely furnished with a bunk bed, sofa, lamps, wool rug, TV set, own small office, wardrobe. We live in a cul-de-sac where the maximum speed is 20 km/h. If you have an e-bike, you can charge it in the garden and it also stands in a dry place. The large garden invites friends for shared evenings. About me: I am 36 years old, athletic, go to the GYM several times a week, ride my bike daily or swim in the Rhine. I am uncomplicated, open, and travel a lot, I am introverted. I am employed but only work 55% with my own gardening company. Arya, my 14-year-old Scottish Shepherd dog, also lives with me; she is sweet and very attached.
