Room in a shared flat

Hoi zäme! From 01.10.2026, three rooms in our apartment will become available and I want to take the opportunity to completely reorganize the shared flat. It is intended to be an all-male WG with a total of four people. I currently already live in the apartment. My current roommates are moving out at the end of September, which is why the WG is unfortunately dissolving. We had a really good time together here.. accordingly, I would like to make it a relaxed, communal WG again 😊 The rooms I am quite flexible regarding the distribution. Currently, I live in room 4 on the floor plan, but I am also considering changing rooms. We can therefore gladly coordinate together which room everyone takes in the end. The rents are: small room: CHF 600.– warm incl. heating, plus electricity larger rooms: CHF 770.– warm incl. heating, plus electricity The large rooms each have their own access to the balcony, which we use communally. The current furniture of my roommates basically stays in the apartment. If there is interest, however, they are certainly open to selling individual pieces of furniture. We can discuss that directly and individually then. The apartment In my opinion, the apartment is really TOP for the price. We have a huge living and dining area where it is no problem to sit together with several people. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers a large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and enough storage space for four people. In addition, there are two bathrooms, so that two people share a bathroom each. The apartment includes two balconies. So far, we have mainly used the balcony by the kitchen to eat outside together in the summer. With the new WG, however, we can gladly consider what to do with the other balconies. In the building, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a bicycle cellar and we have our own cellar compartment. Location A big advantage for me is the connection to Zürich. From the station, trains run very regularly (every 5 minutes) towards the city and the journey to the HB takes approximately 20 minutes. Briefly about me I am Dino, 29 years old and moved to Switzerland at the beginning of the year. I work in a management consultancy in Zürich. So far, I have lived here with three Master's students from ETH and we had a really good time together. 😢 Before that, I had already lived in several WGs, including two years in Lisbon. My girlfriend lives in Munich, which is why I am there regularly on the weekends. Otherwise, I am quite active and enjoy being on the go – among other things with my vintage motorhome Donna. 😊 In everyday WG life, I am uncomplicated, tidy and happy to take responsibility; whether in everyday WG life or when it comes to doing something together. How I imagine the new WG It is important to me that we do not become a pure Zweck-WG (a shared flat solely for convenience). So far, for example, it was quite normal for us to eat dinner together in the evening when several people were home. Furthermore, we went to the swimming pool together, went out, or the guys regularly hopped on their bikes. What is especially important to me: Cleanliness, order, consideration and a relaxed way of interacting with each other. Since it is a complete new founding of a WG, you are of course welcome to contribute. If you want to bring furniture, plants, kitchen equipment or anything else for the community: all the better. Then we can redesign the apartment together. The WG is to be an all-male WG and our shared WG language is German. Interested?
