Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a new female flatmate for my 2-person shared apartment in the beautiful, quiet Dreibündenquartier. The apartment has 4.5 rooms and is bright and spacious. Your room is 15.5 m2 in size and has direct access to our large, sunny balcony. We share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and office (or laundry/ piano/ storage room). An individual garage is included in your rent. Additionally, we have a shared cellar compartment and share the laundry room and the bicycle cellar with the other residents of the house. If required, some pieces of furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant by arrangement. I am Emilia, almost 30 years old, work as a kindergarten teacher, and most enjoy being out somewhere in the mountains, whether hiking, climbing, gravel biking, or skiing. Occasionally I play some guitar or piano – if you also enjoy making music, nothing stands in the way of a WG band ;) I am looking for an open, easy-going person for an uncomplicated, cheerful coexistence, who is approximately my age. A healthy sense of cleanliness and order is important to me. I love sitting together, having coffee together and chatting, but everyone should also have enough space for themselves.
