We are looking for a reliable and careful person or a couple for the sublet of our furnished apartment for four months (mid-November 2026 to mid-March 2027). The sublet is possible **between 17.11.2026 - 18.03.2027**. The exact rental period can be agreed upon within this timeframe by arrangement. It is important to us that the person or the couple is a non-smoker. According to the rental agreement, no pets and no musical instruments are allowed. The apartment is located in an **attractive and practical location** with good connections to the **train station and public transport**. The **center as well as the surrounding nature** are also quickly accessible. Shopping facilities for daily needs are also located nearby.
