(new kitchen never used) The environment is well-maintained, bright and easily adaptable to the needs of the future tenant. A cellar and a dedicated bicycle parking space are available. The location is in Roveredo, in an area easily reachable also from Grono, Castione, San Vittore, Cama and from the other Municipalities of the Regione Moesa.
