We are an existing, honest and well-organized community of four people who have been enabling a high standard of living (also for home office) among like-minded adult people with an open cultural attitude for over a dozen years, and who regularly organize social gatherings or outings together. The spacious living area of the apartment is 320m2. It extends over the entire fourth floor of the house and can be reached by elevator or stairs. We also have a 75m2 large panoramic balcony terrace with a view, a well-maintained vegetable garden, a Weber gas grill, and high-quality and stylish garden furniture with everything that invites you to linger. The shared living area has a beautiful slate floor and is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. The living room is furnished in modern "British" style and includes two comfortable sofas, a curved TV with soundbar speakers, a pool billiard table, a cozy whiskey bar, and a well-lit reading corner. Furthermore, the entire living area is equipped with 100Mbit/s WLAN, the cleaning of the community areas is done weekly (except for the bedrooms), and you are free to take over a cleaning job yourself. Of course, the apartment also has a ventilated laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as corresponding hanging possibilities. Your personal bedroom is a dreamy 15.2m2 in size, has a dark, elegant oak parquet floor with its own underfloor heating temperature control, and is equipped with a large, two-wing double door. Your unfurnished bedroom also has electrically operated slats, as well as the usual connections (power, internet, and a multimedia socket). Also included is a shared and also unfurnished, exterior-oriented terrace accessible from two rooms with 21.7m2. For shared use, there is a separate and lockable basement compartment (including shelves), a permanent parking space for light two-wheelers (approx. 2m2 in size, including bicycle stand), a common drying room, the neighborhood garden with playground, and various visitor parking spaces. On request, a ca. 15m2 large car parking space in the underground garage of the neighborhood can be organized for a surcharge. The house is located in a very central environment, is excellently connected (car-free living), has separate bike paths along the traffic axes, and is located in a dynamic region in many ways. The bus stop "Gisikon Weitblick" and the next shopping possibility (Volg) are located directly in front of the house door, and the train station "Gisikon-Root" can be reached in less than eight minutes on foot (with weather-protected bicycle parking spaces). The next highway entrance (A14) can be reached in just one minute of driving time, and the cities of Lucerne and Zug are each about ten minutes away. Zurich can be reached in about 30 minutes. Additionally, you can expect sports and adventure in the immediate vicinity on the Reuss, the formative river of Central Switzerland.
