**Looking for a female or male flatmate for a 5.5-room penthouse apartment in Fislisbach (2-person WG)**. You rent 2 private rooms and a private bathroom. The kitchen and the large living/dining area are used communally. In addition, a 230 qm large roof terrace with an Alpine panorama is available. For a WG, reliability, honesty, and respect are particularly important to me. Shared cooking or activities are welcome, but I am happy to adapt to your preferences. It would be important to me that you have a regular income and steady employment. I myself am 100% employed and also sometimes work from home. Various shopping facilities are reachable on foot, a bus stop is directly in front of the door, and underground parking spaces can be rented additionally. The highway is 5 minutes away. The Mellingen-Heitersberg station is reachable in 2 minutes by bus, from there it is 22 minutes to Aarau or 26 minutes to Zürich HB. You can definitely settle in and live wonderfully in the apartment. I have been feeling very comfortable here for 2 years already and hope that many more years will follow.
