Room in a shared flat

Room description The approx. 15 m² large room and the gallery are on the 2nd floor. You would share the bathroom and the gallery in front of the room with Sandro. The house offers a spacious living and dining area with balconies on two sides as well as a modern communal kitchen with five individual refrigerators. The garden with a seating area invites you to linger and grill in the summer. In the basement, there is plenty of storage space as well as possibilities for hobbies such as darts or fitness. The additional costs are 150 CHF per month and cover internet, water, electricity, and shared household utensils. The room could be occupied from 01.10.2026 or slightly earlier by arrangement. We are looking for... ...our No. 5! We would be happy to have a new female roommate. Are you approx. our age, speak German, and are looking for something long-term? Then we would be happy to hear from you. Our WG life should be a good balance between shared time and privacy. A cosmopolitan, creative bunch: Mario (34) is a software developer and the plant whisperer of the WG – balconies and garden are his realm. Danijel (44) is a mechanical engineer, chips aficionado, WG-grandpa, loves riding his bike at high speeds, and is currently with us part-time. Sandro (42) is a teacher, our in-house country egg, is often on the road with his camper, and is currently trying to sell his folding bike. Pauline (32) is a speech therapist, lives in the attic, likes Lego, enjoys hiking, and is the plant whisperer of the WG. Location Our WG is located in the charming old village center of Oberwinterthur – quiet, but still central. The Oberwinterthur train station is only 5 minutes away on foot and offers excellent connections to the region. Public transport S-Bahn lines: The station is served by several S-Bahn lines, including the S11, which offers a direct connection to Zürich HB, Aarau, and Seuzach. Bus lines: Bus lines 1 and 10 connect the Oberwinterthur station directly with the Winterthur main station. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Night transport: The night line N1 runs between Oberwinterthur, Winterthur, Töss, and Dättnau and is ideal for nocturnal excursions. Direct connections to other cities Frauenfeld: You can reach Frauenfeld by train in only about 15 minutes. Aarau: Via the S11, you can get directly to Aarau in approx. 1 hour. Shopping & Leisure A Coop is only 200 m away, and at Römertor you will find a pharmacy, post office, Denner, Migros, and Aldi. The forest is reachable in 10 minutes on foot – perfect for walks or sporting activities. The Eulachpark also offers space for relaxation and leisure activities.
