From January 2027, we are renting out a **spacious, furnished room (located in the basement with daylight)** in Sins. Ideal for **a single person**, especially **commuters, weekly residents, or professionals** looking for a quiet and uncomplicated living option for **1 to 3 months**. Depending on the situation, a **longer** rental period is also possible. **IMPORTANT**: A full kitchen is **not** available. (No cooking facilities / No stove) **Additional comfort:** Once a month, a cleaning of the room and bathroom is included in the rental price.
