Room in a shared flat

The idyllic farmhouse, spread over three floors, is located on the Wädenswiler Berg. This includes a beautiful garden, a fire pit, a small workshop, and a spacious shed. There would be space for a car in front of the house. It is 10 minutes by bike to the ZHAW campus. Nearby, there is a farm shop as well as the Seecenter Wädenswil, where you can find everything you need. There are three bus stops within walking distance, but a bike is advantageous. Very close to nature. Currently, the shared flat consists of myself, Maurin (m, 31), and my dog Chewi, which is why you should also be an animal lover. I will begin the Environmental Engineering degree program at the ZHAW in September and work professionally in the social pedagogical field. I enjoy spending my free time in the mountains, paragliding, gardening, cooking, fermenting, and so on. Home should be a place where everyone is allowed to feel comfortable, therefore a benevolent and considerate interaction is very important to me. Planned are: \- a shared flat meeting every 4–8 weeks \- approx. 5 action days per year, e.g., gardening, spring cleaning, harvesting fruit, or stacking firewood I am very open to the communal design of the shared flat and look forward to people who help shape and inspire it.
