Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a cozy shared apartment room in Chur and wishing for a flatshare where you don't just share the apartment, but also truly feel at home? Then this might be exactly the right thing for you. We are Selina and Nadine and are moving together on 1. October into a beautiful 4-room apartment in Chur. For our new 3-person WG, we are now looking for a third female roommate who wants to build a relaxed and beautiful WG home with us. Your room is 12.8 m² in size, bright, and will be rented unfurnished. This means you can furnish it entirely according to your taste. The rent is CHF 524.- per month including service charges. The apartment has a total of four rooms. In addition to our three bedrooms, there is a common living area as well as a balcony, where one can spend cozy evenings or simply enjoy the sun with a coffee. There is also a communal washing machine available in the house. The apartment is located at Ringstrasse 97 in Chur and is very practically situated. The train station, old town, shopping facilities, and the FHGR are reachable in a few minutes. You would live together with Selina (22) and Nadine (24). We both study Multimedia Production at the FH Graubünden and are very much looking forward to building a new WG together. An uncomplicated, relaxed, and friendly coexistence is important to us. We do not want a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for convenience), but rather an apartment where you like to come home, meet in the kitchen or living room in between, chat together, or also spontaneously do something together. At the same time, we also like the quiet and cozy moments at home: shared reading evenings, a coffee with a good book on the balcony, or long summer evenings where you just sit together and let the day wind down. It is equally important to us that everyone has their own personal space and can withdraw at any time. We are looking for a female roommate, ideally a student or in training and approximately our age, who wants to build a cozy and pleasant WG life together with us. Most important to us is that you are reliable, uncomplicated, and considerate, that you like to feel comfortable at home, and that you also value a cozy and clean apartment. Interested?
