Room in a shared flat

I (f, 42) am looking for a new subtenant by November 1, 2026, at the latest. Move-in may be possible even earlier. Ideally, you have already celebrated your 30th birthday and are nevertheless fond of being on the go and also enjoy traveling sometimes. Best case would be only a weekday residency. I myself am abroad for longer periods 1-2 times and will sublet my room during that time. Openness to this must be given. In addition to the room with a wardrobe, you can of course share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom… but please without the intention of realizing yourself; the apartment is already lovingly furnished and has existed for 16 years. Your cleaning lady is included in the costs every 2 weeks. Further costs such as electricity, shared household expenses, Bilag etc. are regularly divided by 2.
