Room in a shared flat

We (two female roommates) are looking for a third roommate from October. The apartment is in the attic but is beautifully bright due to many windows. The highlight is the open kitchen, where cooking together or simply spending time together in the living/dining area takes place. The room is rented furnished (in exchange for a small contribution to the previous tenant). We both are employed and enjoy being out and about with friends. So it can also happen that one or another colleague stops by. If you also have visitors sometimes, that is no problem. Everyone is simply kept up to date or votes are taken via our WhatsApp group. Since we communicate openly in general, there are no complications there. Further pictures of the apartment will follow.
