Room in a shared flat

In a single-family house in the Winterthurer Vogelsang-Quartier, a beautiful WG room is becoming available immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for a flatmate, ideally between mid-twenties and late thirties, who is interested in a relaxed and independent WG life. The available room is located on the ground floor with a size of approx. 20 m². The apartment in general offers plenty of space and a pleasant living atmosphere: \- Spacious living and dining area with a beautiful fireplace \- Separate, spacious kitchen \- Large garden with seating area \- Garage available \- 3 wet rooms (2x shower/WC, 1x bath/WC) \- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer In total, there will be four of us living in the house: On the upper floor, there are two already occupied bedrooms, and the free room is on the ground floor. We are: Oli (37), guest director, passionate concert-goer. Alex (35), IT Consultant, music lover, often out in the nightlife, enjoys cooking. Joe (31), German teacher, likes playing bass, drums and guitar and occasionally gets lost in moshpits. We live a communal shared community with heart, where it is about togetherness in living together. We want a feeling of home and acceptance. Location: The apartment is centrally yet quietly located – ideal for people who appreciate proximity to the city. In direct proximity to the Winterthurer Hauptbahnhof and a bus station almost at your doorstep, you can reach all of Winterthur very comfortably. Additionally, the quarter is very traffic-calmed and a beautiful, large park is located directly on the other side of the street. If you like being in nature, you are only 5 minutes from the forest. Important to mention: Since we, as an animal-loving WG, already host two cats, we cannot take in any further pets. The rent is exclusive of utility costs.
