3 ½ rooms apartment

**Available from 15 September** We're looking for someone to take over our flat. We've lived here for four years and are only leaving because we need more space. **The flat** * 3.5 rooms, approx. 85 m², plus a big balcony * 2nd floor, modern building (about 10 years old), elevator * Washing machine and dryer inside the apartment * Quiet neighbourhood with views of the river and the Uetliberg * Access to a shared electric car and shared e-bikes * Rent approx. CHF 2,000 including Nebenkosten — it's this affordable because the building belongs to Baugenossenschaft Zurlinden, a housing cooperative **Getting around** 5 minutes on foot to Manegg station, then 11 minutes by S4 to Zurich HB. (Heads-up: the S4 currently doesn't run between Selnau and HB due to scheduled maintenance, which ends in October.) **Please read before applying — all four conditions must be met** These are set by the cooperative, not by us, and there are no exceptions. Your application can only be considered if **all** of the following apply: 1. Your household does not own a car (a motorcycle is fine) 2. Your household has 2–3 people, children included (so a couple with one child works) 3. Your combined household income is no more than CHF 150,000 4. You have no dogs or other animals that go outdoors If even one of these doesn't apply to you, the cooperative won't be able to accept the application, so it's honestly not worth coming to a viewing. We'd rather say this clearly upfront than waste your evening. When contacting me, please confirm you meet all of these criteria.
